What no engine shots :)
Looks nice clean and simple. I like. The only thing that really doesnt help is the front lip. It just looks out of place on there.

Yeah, I can't get to photobucket at work, so I had to copy links. I have no idea what you're seeing, lol. Check again....
And that lip is being replaced asap ;)

Find a b20 shortblock for a couple hundred and find a b16 head. Get a b series tranny for another couple hundred and a vtec kit. Find an ecu and you're golden.

It was tuned at 21 psi. I never managed to get it to the track, didn't see a point with the suspension setup and busted tranny. Now that I have a freshly rebuilt engine, all new suspension setup, and brand new tranny with lsd, I'm anticipating mid-high 11's on slicks. I'll be going for a retune in a couple of weeks. I may up the boost a few psi, try and squeeze a little more power than last time.
lol I don't even really talk shit anymore..

Good news, I have the new motor and tranny in and its running well. Put a quaife diff in the tranny and it feels like butter. Very precise and smooth shifting. The clutch pedal is also alot softer with the new clutch and flywheel. Will make driving in traffic much better.

I double that remark... Good work.
Also if you want some one personal and not a company. Napier on these boards did Johns side exit exhaust on his SRT and it looked great!

Jeff from Insane is about as personal as it gets as well....he does it out of the garage at his house now...even though its a big ass garage, he is usually the only guy. He may have one helper if he is super busy, but its the same guy thats helped him since back in the Insane Exhaust / Jeff's Muffler Shop days.

Yea... 500 for full MS with harness and everything or 2000 for the AEM cpu. For a full stand alone that does everything and is a 4th of the price.
Tell you what Ron, You either buy the AEM for me or shut up about it ;)
aem is not 2k... you can get it for 1400 bucks... and its complete PLUG and play...
lol he told me to buy aem, when DSMLink cost 500-600 bucks and does everything i need it to do and then some
So yeah... I'm shooting for 9's on the stock computer. At least Ford did one thing right...

and
http://www.hondata.com/s2000kpro.html
The motors spin in opposite directions so Hondata had AEM make adjustable cam gears with triggers in the right location for the k series ecu to recognize it.
For the s2k, its just a replacement cam and crank sensor with a modified wiring harness.

Most Honda tuners will recommend kpro over aem (if you have a vehicle that can run it). Its much more user friendly, maintains use of the obd system (codes for essential sensors) and allows for tuning more parameters on i-vtec motors (multiple cam angle maps) than the aem will. Don't get me wrong, when you're exceeding 800 whp, its time to run AEM but at that point, its a track only car and you don't need the driveability. But I originally had the AEM on my engine and I had so many issues (I had two very good tuners dyno tune it) and decided to swap to kpro on the suggestion of many people. I was never able to get a clean, consistant idle with my cam on the AEM.

yes exactly if its a track only car i would run aem.. simple as that... justin i am sure will run it soon.. joe s runs it on his 9 second civic.. .its comment sense... aem is not bulletproof really....
i think its to each its own.. but when they argue about buying some open source code thats garbage spend the extra money and get something that works that you know works..

I think it has alot to do with limitations. Some systems just have limitations. Kpro has limitations when you're nearing 1,000 hp. AEM has none. That computer will run anything. Its a fantastic system but you really have to know what you're doing with it for it to work properly in all conditions. And milder setups won't require it. I don't think its a matter of "AEM is better," moreover, what system is best suited for your goals, realistically.

aem > megasquirt
aem > dsmlink
hondata s300 > aem hahah my opinion tho
BUT if you dont plan on going crazy aem is not necissary like mike said dsmlink is perfect for what he has.... joe plans on makin 900-1000hp to the wheels on s300.. s300 is the shit especially if your on a budget..
