Hello all,
I am new to the board and some what new to the area (been here since '06). Where is there a SCT tuner and dyno around here. JPC is not an option. I need to do some fine tuning to my Pony. Thanks guys/gals.

There's a dyno shop about a mile from MIR but I don't know if they do SCT.

They're good, but can't beat Dave Guy in tuning. Just won't happen!

With all the Mustangs I have seen around MD/VA someone would make a killing opening an SCT performance/dyno shop down here.

I know... I have dreams of opening a shop down here and learning to tune lol

I wouldn't even have a lift... just a bay with a dyno and a computer. I'd still make a killing.

SCT will sell you the software and gives classes on how to tune with it. All you need to do is buy yourself a dyno.

You could pick up something like this for cheap. Funny as hell to have this in your garage. You'd get evicted in one day

With several investment partners, portable dynos are a fairly feasible path or starting point.

You'd make a killing just going around on weekends for dyno days.

Thanks for all the help. A dyno is a great Idea. Let me know if anyone is going to take up collections and makes up a buisness plan. I would lend a hand until the Navy moves me agian.

I'm in Wildewood too. I'm in the new apartments. Look out for the horrendously loud azure blue Mustang.

Oh I remember you now!! That SC I was talking to you about is on my car now. I already talked to you about staying away from JPC so I'm guessing that's why you've already made up your mind that that's not an option LOL

Glad to hear about the SC. What times you running now? You and manny others have said bad things about them. It seems with JPC if you are not one of there boys you get shit work and treated like shit on the phone. About how far is SGS from here? My boys in VA, Steen Racing, are only doing work on there own stuff. No more dyno time with Ed Clark and Jason Steen for me.:(

It's a 3 hour trip unfortunately, but it's worth it. After what I've been through with my car, I will not let ANYONE tune my car but Dave Guy. I haven't ran it with the SC yet. Pretty soon, but this is your thread so no more talk of that lol ;)

Done anything new since I talked to ya?
