No - it's my old 1996 white Formula WS6. Special factory order. Waited 6 months for the car to be built. Ruined it in less than a year.

Plans for the car were to AUTOX it but never happened. Now I'm looking for a DD and then to buy a T/A and make it into a decent street/strip car.
Well the T/A is definitely a good choice for that.

Even though the 420a looks the same as my engine no one has ever put on into a Neon that I know of. I think it wouldnt be that bad with the turbo and all.

its themost common swap in the avenger mainly due to putting a 3.0 in is work.. the 4banger is cake.

Lol, I thought 420a's in the neons packed 10 extra hp, cause of either a more aggressive intake or exhaust cam. Also isn't the intake and exhaust set up different than the regular 420a?

that motor would have been fine if it wernt for 1 them ever even looking at it. and 2 them starting it untuned and revving the hell out of it non stop. not to mention the 235 abuse it got

LOL she said they tuned it too. I remember the mini meet we had at bad boys when it was by glorias, and turbo joe talking about her car, he said it was some of the best work they had done. His car was pretty sweet though.

Nope it hasnt been done.
Basically its the same block with the head flipped 180 but there are alot more things that make it not work in a Neon.

420a was an eclipse thing not a Neon thing.

I have considered it but never tried it. Now I will. :)

I even used PVC pipe for IC pipes once, but the heat and pressure from the band clamps caused the ends to deform some and then would leak.

two things that are slowing the sell process down are 1. its a eclipse and they get a bad wrap. 2. its a boosted 420a. Most people that know anything about DSM's will pick the 4G63 over a 420a, anyday of the week.

Amazing in every way. Every nook and cranny on tat car is perfectly clean, not a single swirl or scratch in the paint.
Runs strong, pulls hard, shifts perfect.

I talked him down from $22,000 to $17,000 in about 15 min :)
Only bad thing is I offered him $3,000 as a down payment to hold it untill my eclipse sells, and he wouldn't do it :sad7:
