Hi, just found this site after living in Calvert County for ~18 years:o

I have three Subaru SVXes, all 1992 models. One is my autoX car (SCCA FP class due to all the modifications), one is almost a daily driver (finally done with the brakes, now back to finish the MD state inspection), and one is race only (it actually competed in GRM's Grassroots competition back in 2004).

Being a mechanical engineer, the attraction of the SVX is that there is virtually no aftermarket for it, so I've had to fabricate just about everything on it. A good friend up in NJ just got a Hydra Nemisis worked out for the EG33 engine in the SVX, so that's on the menu for later this year (have to fabricate the headers first;))

Welcome! Ive always thought the SVX was a pretty cool car, hardly see any of them on the road now a days.

Welcome to the site, i think you may have been on NASIOC asking me about the svx...and the panera meet. I definetly want to see some pictures, and i think thats awesome as shit that you have 3 badass svx's

Welocome, the SVX is a rare bird indeed. Theres one down this way at Pax River, I know of one that appears to just be parked on a side road over in Calvert, has been there for over a year. Let me know if you want the street info, maybe they are looking to get rid of it.

Not without serious cutting/welding work, I assure you ;)

Just got done with custom coil-overs, so 295s on Mustang Cobra rims are going on as soon as I can find the time...

Back behind the Safeway. The SVXes haven't seen much road time lately, as NASA has kept me too busy. Now I'm coaching my youngest daughters' soccer team...I have no life :rolleyes:

eh dont say have no life, i mean yea i have no kids, but coaching ur daughters soccer team isnt bad, enjoy it while their young :). yeah i know where that is. near or on ferry landing rd?

Sadly, no....it looks like Subaru has walked away from supporting the challenge in this area...apparently they couldn't get enough dealership support to cover costs.

thats the problem, i have a big cell bill since i never got around to pay it lol, so i cant. but maybe hit me up on here when ya need help. hmmm tryin to think when we could all meet up or just some of us at jerrys :)
